Notes: Semi-automatic pouring machine for sparkling products
The semi-automatic ATLAS T monobloc is designed and produced for the pouring of sparkling products from bottles d. 0.75 cl. up to bottles with a maximum capacity of 12 liters.
The monobloc is mainly composed of two valves that allow to have an isobaric type processing: the bottle is turned upside down by 180 ° and the CO2 present in the empty bottle is replaced by the product.
All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel AISI 304 and all the connections between the various devices are made of material approved for food use.
The production is performed autonomously with the help of an operator.
