Innerstave Oak Cubes

  • Intended for producers looking to lower the extraction times of barrels and staves while increasing the elegance and flavour complexity impact from chips & fines.
  • Oak Cubes are packaged in 15 lb mesh bags and contain approximately 68.10 square feet of surface area.
  • The mesh bags allow the oak to float freely in stainless steel tanks or tied down for full submersion.

For 100% new barrel impact use 1 bag per 600 gallons/2,271 liters or 1.5 lbs of cubes per 60 gallon neutral barrel.
This recommendation could change depending on contact time

Suggested minimum contact time of 1 month – Full extraction after 12 months
