  • Alcoholic fermentation activator (ammonium salts and thiamine).
  • Available formulations:
    • THIAZOTE®:ammonium sulphate and thiamine.
    • THIAZOTE® SP:ammonium sulphate, diammonium phosphate and thiamine.
    • THIAZOTE® PH:diammonium phosphate and thiamine
  • 10 g/hL of THIAZOTE® provides about 21 mg/L assimilable nitrogen
DOSAGE RATE
  • Depends on the initial content of assimilable nitrogen of must, alcohol degree and turbidity.
