IDEAL USE: A PURIFIED GRANULAR PECTINASE BLEND FOR CLARIFICATION OF JUICE. FOR WHITE AND ROSE WINES.
  • Enzyme for fast juice settling and improved lees settling.
  • Contributes to aromatic finesse by limiting vinyl-phenol production.
DOSAGE RATE

On must: 0.5 – 2 g/hL.
