- Tanfresh is a preparation based on proanthocyanidic tannins and oak
ellagic tannins to add to finished wines to:
- Act on the structure and volume in mouth feel
- Bring some freshness to the wine, by eliminating reductive odours.
- Help protect the wine from oxidation
- White must or wine: 1 – 5 g/hL
- Rosé must or wine: 2 – 6 g/hL
- Base wine and must (for sparkling wines): 0.5 – 2 g/hL
