LATE HARVEST, SEMILLON, RIESLING, GEWÜRZTRAMINER & VIOGNIER
  • Strain selected in Sauternes.
  • Sensitive to SO2 for easy arrest of fermentation and with low production of SO2-binding agents.
  • Resistance to high sugar concentrations.
  • Recommended for:
    • Late harvest wines.
    • “Botrytised” grapes.
