Product Description

 DINAMICA Series Destemmers

  • Constructed with AISI304 stainless steel
  • PVC roller cage, standard round holes with bevelled edges on both sides to reduce berry shearing
  • Roller cage available hole sizes: 19mm, 22mm, 24mm, 28mm or progressive hole size cage with 24-22-19mm holes
  • Rubber destemming paddles with adjustable length and orientation angle
  • Cage and Paddles rotate in same direction with VFD speed control for precise control of berry/stalk separation
  • Adjustable height telescopic legs with locking wheels for easy mobility on the crushpad (standard with DINAMICA 100, optional on DINAMICA 60)
  • Easy to disassemble for cleaning and changing roller cages
  • OPTIONAL: excludable, adjustable roller crushers with gap width of 4mm – 8mm and equipped with anti-breaking system composed of springs that are able to open the roller in the event of it being jammed with a foreign solid object (i.e. rock or mechanical part)
